The staff was cute and always available. I appreciated that. The breakfast was varied and of good quality. I found it satisfying.
The bar on the seventh floor played music until midnight. It was disruptive. The minibar charged €3 for drinks including water. I considered this expensive.

i really appreciated the staff's friendliness they were very helpful the metro and tram were close making it easy to visit different sites i especially liked the panoramic views from the restaurant it made every meal nice
the noise from nearby clubs went on until late at night this made it hard to sleep well and i think the hotel could improve its soundproofing to help guests get a better night's rest

the hotel had very convenient access to public transportation a metro station sat nearby and tram lines were also close making city exploration straightforward i enjoyed walking to local attractions from the hotel too

the staff greeted me with such warmth. the breakfast included so many european options, it was very satisfying. maids cleaned the room every day . receptionists recommended several things that i wanted.
i noticed the music was very loud, this continued until 2-3am. i asked the receptionist about the noise at night, he told me nothing could be done about it. this music interrupted my sleep every night.

The hotel is very close to public transport. It allowed early check-in, helpful after my early flight. The breakfast had diverse options! I used the pool and sauna. Both were satisfactory.
The nights were loud because of the lounge bar. The walls are thin.
